In Omaha players get dealt 4 hole cards.

This is followed by the first betting round. The betting rules are similar to the Hold'em betting rules.

A three card Flop is then dealt, followed by the second betting round.

Now the Turn is dealt, followed by the third betting round.

The last community card, the River, is dealt, followed by the last betting round. At showdown players have to use two of their hole cards and three community cards to make a poker combination.

So even if there are 5 spades on the board you must have two spades in your hand.
